Getting Real About Stranger Danger

A terrifying experience that no parent wants their children to go through. Just this last September, a child who attends Pope Elementary was followed by a man on his way home from school. As the child started to run, so did the stranger, and the boy was able to evade him by heading for a neighbor's door. When I received the notice from Puyallup School District about this attempt, I knew that we needed another refresher in Stranger Danger.

Stranger Danger Education is great at any age. With Summer Fast approaching, our children will be hitting the public parks, pools, and recreational activities. The threat is real, but it doesn't have to cause fear or anxiety, or preventing us from enjoying what summer has to offer. MOMs Club is giving you this opportunity to get prepared! Bring your child(ren) to our Stranger Danger event!
