Oh What Fun!

Look What's Happening with Moms Club of South Hill this month! Snow has hit the ground this morning in Puyallup, but that is not stopping our activities! This month is full of holidays, giving, and plain old fun!  Here is a small hint at what we are up to:

Collecting Stuffed Animals, and Toys

Black Friday resulted in many donations from the Moms Club fund; members braved the crowds to purchase toys for children ages 0- 18. In addition, other members have thrown in a gift or two otherwise, and the items are headed for the South Hill Food bank later this month!

Ornaments Abound!

Two days in a row, it's all about the ornaments! Mid-month we'll have one day to exchange ornaments and another to make them. Our trees will be full of fun this year!

Holiday Happenings!

From public events to making cards and writing to Santa, decorating cookies and gingerbread houses, to white elephant gifts, Mom's club is taking the Holidays by storm! Since we're talking about the holidays; Mom's Club would like to wish all families a wonderful holiday season!  

Good Ol' Favorites!

Mom's Club would be nothing without our favorites! Playgroups, Jump, and themed play dates will be going all throughout the month. Don't forget that we are always looking for new mothers to love on! Our next new member event will be at the Graham Library, 12/11 at 10:15 am. We'd love to see you there!

Playgroups Are Back!

Playgroup time is here! Please contact Jennifer at mvp.momsclub@yahoo.com if you want to join the Thursday Playgroup. Playgroups run September-June, but you can always join mid-year. Playgroups are included in your MOMS Club Membership!

Playgroup meet Thursdays, either from 9:30-11:30am OR 2:00-4:00pm. We had such a high interest in playgroups this year that we have two different Thursday morning groups and one Thursday afternoon group! Each group has 4-6 moms in it and members take turns hosting the group. This is a wonderful way to meet a small group of moms and their children. MOMS Club members rave about playgroups and most will tell you their closest friends were the women and children they were in playgroup with when they first joined MOMS Club!

What Exactly Is MOMS Club?

MOMS Club offers:

Playgroups, park days, lunches/picnics out with friends, art projects for kids, monthly Moms-Night-Out, fieldtrips, and outings! We also often just gather at eachother's houses for play dates! Kids are welcome to attend everything...though we do have a monthly Moms-Night-Out and have recently added 1-2 JUMP activities each month for those moms with kids in school during the day. JUMP (Just Us Moms Playing) activities are based on member interest and schedules and usually involved meeting for lunch or coffee.
