Service Projects
Part of the mission of MOMS Club is to participate in service projects that benefit mothers and children in our area. In December we held a toy drive for the South Hill-Graham Food Bank. We collected toys, as well as fundraised to help buy additional toys. We filled 2 cars with toys for children, and several members were able to volunteer their time to pass out the toys to the families in need. It was a wonderful and very rewarding service project.
We are currently collecting clothing for the Family Renewal Shelter, a local shelter serving women and children escaping domestic violence situations. We will be collecting clothing through February to deliver to them.

Fall Outings
This fall we visited a local apple orchard in the Puyallup Valley. The kids were able to pick apples and walk through the farm, run by the YMCA. It was a fun experience for the kids and moms!We also visited Spooner Farm in Orting. Kids picked out pumpkins, raced plastic ducks using the hand water pumps, and saw all sorts of animals.
